1998: The internet boom was in its infancy and a small team of relocation insiders recognized its potential for application development. They also knew that a technology solution to support the mobility experience needed to be a fully configurable toolset, adaptable to an infinite range of customer service situations.

At the time, relocation management companies were struggling to sustain antiquated in-house systems or adapt out-of-the box applications. What was needed simply didn’t exist; so the team created Servicengine.

Servicengine released its initial version in April 2000 as the first web-based relocation workflow and financial management system designed by and for the industry.

Throughout its history, Servicengine has maintained a development and support philosophy that builds a close partnership with each of our clients. This approach has yielded mutual benefits and resulted in continuous product evolution based on the guidance and feedback of our extensive user base.

Version 4.3 is now deployed in high-volume production around the globe.
